Out There Adventures is a Community Interest Company based in the North East of England.

About us.

Aim.

Our aim is to support our community to get the most from the natural world around them. We do this through a range of traditional outdoor activities as well as bushcraft and woodland skills.

Learning.

We work with schools, community groups, charities, support groups and the local home educated community to provide learning in beautiful broadleaf woodland in the area.

Deliver.

We also work with businesses, private individuals and others to deliver team days, bushcraft training, Wild Passport training and Living History days.

Activity.

On any given day we could be tracking deer through a broadleaf wood, climbing on a Northumberland crag, teaching children first aid, building shelters in the woods, hiking with a group in the glorious Lake District, supporting neurodiverse learners or dressed as Vikings in a primary school.

Therapy.

We run therapeutic outdoor interventions and have worked with a range of clients carrying out this important work..

Wellbeing.

We support people with wellbeing issues, encouraging them to experience the healing nature of the natural world, using the Wilderness Mirror to gain perspective and find their way forward.
