Out There Adventures, in the North East of England has secured support and funding from UnLtd to help build lasting social impact.

We are proud to announce our award from UnLtd, the UK’s foundation for social entrepreneurs. The award’s funding and tailored business support will significantly help Out There widen its positive social impact for the local community.

We offer outdoor learning to the home educated, local schools, children from disadvantaged backgrounds and special needs support groups. We teach the skills that lead to improved resilience, better mental health and positive futures. We tackle issues with mental wellbeing through our therapeutic approaches, working with victims of crime, people who've experienced trauma, children at risk of exclusion and many others.

Unltd has funded us to ensure we can reach more people through social media, pay running costs including site hire and commit to further training for staff to enhance and extend our ability to support those who need and deserve it the most. UnLtd is currently working hard with partners from both the public and private sectors to deliver social impact by harnessing the huge potential of social entrepreneurs to solve society’s biggest challenges.
